Brodekin s7 boots
Ergonomic safety footwear, low or high top, light weight, designed with the highest production standards. Brodekin style, with laces, made with triple nylon sewing between the shank and the heel, cushioned, with a 6mm thick fabric at the collar. Covered Steel-toe or thermoplastic, bi-density polyurethane insole, made under the String – Lasting (Strobel) manufacturing system, which allows more flexibility and comfort when walking.
Characteristics
- Upper: premium cowhide leather, thickness: 1.8-2.0mm, smooth leather or engraved, waterproof
- Lining: 3mm fabric
- Toecap: AISI 1045CR steel, with epoxy polyethylene powder coating, applied through the electrostatic method, including a PVC material tip to diminish the damage between the toecap and the toe tip.
- Heel counter: 1.5 mm thick regenerated leather salpa, with refill all around.
- Insole: anatomical polyuterane breathable insole
- Laces: nylon laces, non-metallic tip
- Sole: Bi-density polyurethane, compact, abrasion and corrosive material-resistant
- Tongue: bellow style, made of leather, with cushioned lining and 3mm thick insulation
Both footwear and safety shoes totally meet the COVENIN 39, PDVSA EM 36 and Dialétricas rules and requirements. endorsed by Laboratory Funsein and Prodynamix Certification. All the materials used for this manufacturing come from national production.
